ABOUT US
History
Our practice has deep roots in the suburbs of Rochester’s east side. Dr. Piper’s father, Glenn B. Piper Sr., established his general dentistry practice in 1957 on East Avenue across from St. John Fisher College. In 1986, Dr. Glenn Piper Jr. joined his father and sister, Dr. Jan Glasgow and in 1987 they moved the practice to the village of Pittsford. Dr. Piper Sr. retired in 1991 and together, Dr.’s Piper Jr and Glasgow continued to grow the practice during their 18 years together.
In 2004, Dr. Piper had the opportunity to partner in the construction of an office building on Marsh Road in Pittsford. Exiting the village of Pittsford allowed patients to avoid the heavy traffic associated with it as well as take advantage of the main thoroughfares that provide easy access to the surrounding neighborhoods. This new construction also allowed Dr. Piper to design his office for ideal patient care and comfort.
Dr. Piper graduated from the State University of New York School of Dental Medicine in 1985 and has practiced in Pittsford since 1986. He is a member of the American Dental Association, New York State Dental Association, the 7Th District Dental Society and the Academy of General Dentistry.

OUR SERVICES
Communication is very important to us
We want all of our patients to feel that they have been informed of and understand the treatment that is suggested to them. We welcome any questions and feel it is essential that patients understand their options. There are many new, exciting and improved materials and procedures that are changing the way we do dentistry. However there are many tried and true materials and methods that have proven their value and longevity that still deserve to be in the discussion of treatment recommendations.
The best can happen through conversation
It is very satisfying to see patients arrive at an understanding of what their options are, what will likely last the longest, look the best and meet their hopes and expectations after spending the time necessary to inform them of what treatment is available.
